Shipping & Returns

Please allow between 7 to 28 days delivery for your order and 14 to 35 days for leather lingerie. Delivery times may be longer during the peak Christmas and Valentines Day periods.

Lingerie orders are placed with our supplier on a weekly basis directly from the manufacturer. Although the delivery lead time may seem a little long, this is the industry standard delivery times for all US made lingerie. The great thing about having items directly supplied from the manufacturers is that you are assured of receiving the latest products and styles of lingerie and not shop soiled, shop handled or out of date styles.

All orders are sent via Australia Post express. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email to let you know your order is on its way.

Once an order has been accepted by our shipping company for delivery your order is considered filled. If the item is lost or damaged in transit it is your responsibility lodge a claim and to seek compensation from the shipping company directly. We will assist you in the lodgement of your claim by providing proof of dispatch, invoices and any supporting documentation required.

We offer full shipping insurance that can be selected during the checkout process if required.

lingerie returns and exchange policy

Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days from date of delivery and exchange for another item or for a store credit under the following terms and conditions. Please Note: All sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.

  • Returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and are returned in their original packaging. We and the manufacturers distributor reserves the right to refuse any returned item(s) if in our opinion the goods have been mis-treated, abused, used, dry cleaned, washed or soiled in any way.
  • ALL returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original tax invoice for them to be considered for exchange or store credit.
  • Please ensure you return item(s) via Express Post or Registered Post and they are packed to ensure protection from transit damage. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended with Australia Post services. We will not be held responsible for any item(s) that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All shipping and postage costs incurred with the sending or the returning of item(s) is strictly non-refundable.
  • All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Health laws in Australia prohibit the return of hosiery and panties. All other item(s) returned are subject to the returns and exchange terms and conditions above.

We do not offer cash refunds but we are more than happy to exchange or offer you a store credit voucher. All returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original tax invoice and are subject to the returns and exchange terms and conditions above.
