Delivery Shipping Schedule:
Please allow 7 to 28 business days for mainstream lingerie items and 14 - 35 days for leather lingerie. Delivery times may be longer during Christmas and Valentines Day periods.

All orders are sent in plain post packs, cartons or Express post bags, with no description or reference to the contents. Your credit card purchase will show as StrataPay with no reference to Kim's Lingerie or lingerie products.

If we do need to contact you we will only speak to or e-mail the person who placed the order, we will not discuss the details of the order with anyone other than you.
